Glamping
Costs for Glamping are normally (March-October)£80.00 per night minimum 2 nights
including boat fare return for up to 5.

Cabin is solar powered. It has a double bed, one single above and a set of single bunk beds. Facilities include heating, microwave, fridge freezer, TV, toaster and kettle. You can BBQ. and have a campfire beside the cabin. Firewood for sale on Island.
Bring your own bedding and utensils.
Toilets on Barge.

This is where the Rams Island Ferry Island Warrior departs from.


 Directions to Sandy Bay

 From Crumlin 
Take Lurgan Road from Crumlin, after approx 2½ miles take road on right (Ballyvannon Road) signed for Lough Neagh and cycle route 94, then take second road on right (Darachrean Road) and turn left at bottom of hill. Sandy Bay Marina (where boat leaves) is 200 metres on right next door to Scott's Northstone Sand Quay.

From Glenavy 
From Crumlin Road (main street) in Glenavy take Glen Road (low bridge) signed for Lough Neagh and Aghalee. After approximately 1/2 a mile turn right onto Edenturcher Road to staggered crossroads. Left then right onto Ballyvannon Road signed for Lough Neagh and Cycle Route 94, then take second road on right (Darachrean Road) and turn left at bottom of hill (Shore Road). Sandy Bay Marina (where boat leaves) is 200 metres on right next door to Scott's Northstone Sand Quay.
